		<description>I like the benefit of the time efficiency of circuit training. The cool thing is that this works really well with &quot;old school&quot; body weight exercises like push ups, burpees, jumping jacks, etc. I do this during Christmas time when I am short on time during the winter season.

		<description>Hi, I used to do circuit training a lot back in the day for health class and I must say it worked a hell of a lot better than just normal weight lifting.  It should be incorporated into everyone&#039;s work outs.
