		<description>Before sleeping. you do first mind setting, relax and feel free to think of things that make you sleepy. :) Maintaining face to be beautiful as always is easy to do. Just don&#039;t sleep late and avoid eating oily foods before sleeping- this can also prevent pimples.</description>
